The book of Khoromitren is a full-color book that is quite accurate and scrupulous about 90 percent of the area of the old Khorasan or the great Khorasan, which is today part of the geographical regions of Iran, and with photographs and geographical descriptions of the exact location of each of them has been determined.

Koromitren or Khoromitren is one of the oldest places in the Middle East, which today we know as Khorasan.

Dehkhoda's dictionary about the origin of the word Khorasan has written that Khorasan is a Pahlavi word and has been used in old texts to define eastern lands (east) against western lands (west). Other sources have claimed that Khorasan in the old Persian language means the Middle East, but Yaghut Hamawi, an Iranian geographer, wrote about the word Khorasan: "Donkey in Dari Persian is the name of the sun and it is easy to tell that the original and place of the object."
