- How many times I've told you not to change the pond's water.
It's hard, you get a backache. I'll change it myself when I come for a leave.
Poor fish…
You don’t come very often, they’ll die poor fish; it's not on. By the way, you didn't say what you do in the front line?
He smiled and said:
Dear mom, make sure, we sometimes become like a fish and get into Arvand river with our friends….
She said with a surprise:
No my son, Haji's wife has said that you go to open a path way with other soldiers. She never said you go swimming…
He laughed loudly and sat beside the pond. He did his ablution before prayer and said: don't the soldiers have heart darling? They get tired and go swimming sometimes.
The soldiers have heart but what about their mothers????
She was sitting on a bench beside the turquoise colored pond and looking at the gold fish and wiped her tears by her headdress,
And said:
After thirty years I just found out that my Mohammad and his friends were professional swimmers, but the enemy tied their hands and drowned them.
When they saw they were still swimming, buried them ruthlessly.
SADAT
SOIL
Hi
I know you're fine and not sad for our distance, but believe me that every time I write about you, the humidity of the weather gets less and this damp gets more endurable for me.
Have you ever seen the snow in the South?
When I write about you; all the city covers in white.
And they take me to Arvand river with themselves while melting
And to perfume itself;
It enfolded you and your black wear friends for thirty years and then buried you all and I believe that the soil can act as a kind mother for you better than me.
SADAT
ABSENCE
Those years , bombs and missiles and mortars were falling cats and dogs from the sky on people, the schools were on and off or even destroyed and closed unintentionally.
The only open school was ours where it was the shelter and parapet for the warriors and the number of students could be counted on the fingers of one hand.
The only one who had never been away was our principle.
Those years nobody was failed suspended.
