درباره کتاب Treatise on Hypnotherapy
At the turn of the 21st century, the establishment of "parapsychology" research, educational and therapeutic centers, especially in the field of hypnosis and mania, which is one of the main pillars of the spiritual sciences, in advanced industrialized countries such as the United States, Europe and Russia, Quantitatively and qualitatively, growth has taken a leap, and is still expanding and pervasive. So far, the science of hypnosis and mania has been able to gain its place in the fields of medicine, psychiatry, psychology, dentistry, painless childbirth, surgeries, as well as in the field of education, training and strengthening methods, and often psychotherapy. To maintain and stabilize the mental disorders and mental and neurological disorders, by playing a decisive and undeniable role, at the international level and to continue it.
The phenomenon of hypnosis and mania is thousands of years old. The ancient Greeks and Persians knew hypnosis and took advantage of it accordingly. But the beginning of the transformation in the phenomenon of hypnosis and mania sharpness by Dr. Franz Antoine Mesmer (born in Austria), from the last two centuries until now.
The word "hypnosis" comes from the Greek root "hypnos" meaning to fall asleep, or it is a pseudo-sleep state that can be artificially induced by repeated indoctrination, artificially in oneself or in others. The hypnotist or "hypnotist," or the hypnotist, or the sleeper, or the sleeper is referred to as the "agent," and the hypnotized or sleepy person, the subject, the sleeper is referred to as the "normal." Dr. Van Pellet Sydney James, a well-known hypnotist and editor-in-chief of the journal Medical Hypnosis in England, explains in his book The Secrets of Hypnosis: Hypnosis is the "super concentration" of the mind. Although the common definition of hypnosis is artificial sleep, it can be said that hypnosis is a state of extreme concentration. This particular state of extreme mental concentration is called dervishes and mystics, passion or ecstasy.
A brief history of hypnosis dates back to ancient Egypt and Greece, and it was known and used for peace of mind and body, but at that time some people misused this science and the church against the phenomenon of hypnosis. He fought back and considered it magic and evil and banned it. In this regard, one of the famous founders named "Dr. Franz Anton Mesmer" (1834-1715) was born in Austria and in 1765 he received a doctorate from the University of Vienna. Dr. Mesmer focused his research on "Manichaeism," that is, animal magnatism, and became known as "Mesmerism." In 1776, Dr. Mesmer wrote a book entitled The Force of the Stars.
27 years after the death of Dr. Mesmer, for the first time an English surgeon named Dr. James Brid (1792-1760) during a research on the past works and activities of Dr. Mesmer, in 1842, called hypnosis this science and technology. chose. Dr. James Braid believed that hypnosis is the concentration of spiritual powers in which the human brain focuses on only one thought and therefore focuses on this thought in such a way that other thoughts and stimuli do not affect it. According to this hypothesis, thoughts in the human brain take on enough power to marginalize and isolate other thoughts. The resulting focus and attention creates specific actions and reactions that stop other mental activities. Therefore, only one activity is created in a moment in a definite and necessary period of time, which is manifested and intensified in an intensified way and dominates and surpasses other mental activities.
Dr. Brad puts the subject in front of him and then places the pendulum or hanging plumb line 30 cm in front of his eyes and asks him to close his eyes without eyelids. Beat it and focus your gaze. Then Dr. Braid, by indoctrinating the subject, puts him into hypnotic sleep. He stated in his controversial article: "If we keep the glowing object above the subject's eyes and then instill in him soothing and hypnotic sentences over and over again, the subject will gradually go into a trance, the eyes" He closes up and falls asleep. "But this sleep is not natural, but it is done by using sleep tools and methods, so this sleep is called hypnosis or artificial sleep." Hypnosis is a method that is based on two important influential elements:
A. Application of the rules of indoctrination of the subject. B- Putting the subject in a state of hypnotic trance.
The three most important actions in hypnosis are:
* -Fantastic focus of thought
* - Separation and decomposition (mental separation from the environment)
* - Indoctrination (because the basis of hypnosis is self-indoctrination) One of the main goals of hypnosis is to access the repressed memories that have accumulated and buried in his subconscious mind for many years, especially in childhood.
Hypnotherapy or treatment with hypnosis, especially in the field of psychotherapy of diseases such as neuroses, psychoses, psychotics, as well as in the elimination of bad and negative habits, as well as personality disorders and behavioral disorders, and finally to create mental balance and peace of mind. Placed . Change your negative thoughts and misconceptions by repeatedly instilling positive affirmations to change your life.
In a matter of minutes, make a fundamental and immediate change in the depths of your subconscious mind with your hypnosis method. With the knowledge of your hypnosis method, penetrate deep into your subconscious mind to change and transform your misconceptions, negative thoughts and shaky personality in a very short time in a leap with a deep breath and a smile.
Do not revive and review the hiding of your negative and unpleasant memories in your mind and mind so that you experience disappointment and weak self-confidence, but forget about it.
You can plan and engineer your lofty and ambitious goals with "self-hypnosis" in (alpha) mode, directly in the "subconscious" and then condition it.
Professor Sigmond Froid (1856-1939), the founder of modern psychoanalysis, met with the famous psychiatrist Jean-Martin Charcot (1825-1893) during a trip to Paris to learn about the treatment of neurological diseases, especially hysteria. After returning to Austria, Freud met with Joseph Brewer (1842-1925), a specialist in the treatment of hysteria through hypnosis, and was eager for the brilliant effects and results of Joseph Brewer's treatment. He points out that the therapeutic role of hypnosis by British physicians in the First and Second World Wars, due to shortages of drugs and surgical equipment, played a very influential and valuable role.
Professor Sigmond Froid believed that every memory is accompanied by a certain amount of emotional energy, so if we keep and hide the unpleasant, oppressed and repressed memories inside us, it causes the accumulation of persecuting and disturbing energy in the brain and It causes us pain and mental illness. But if all the disturbing inner memories and secrets that are not pleasant are remembered and expressed (projected), naturally the energy accumulated in the brain is released and the illness. The psychic disappears. In this "free association" method, Dr. Freud tried to recall and recount his memories by asking questions of the patient in order to discover and identify the causes by expelling his disturbing and painful memories. Provide the disease and as a result, its proper treatment will not bear fruit. Today, scientists and researchers in the world in the field of psychology and parapsychology, especially in the science of hypnosis and mania, make new discoveries every day. Since our land, Iran, has been the center and cradle of science, knowledge, wisdom, and psychology for centuries, it is appropriate to pay more attention to the development and expansion of research centers in the science of hypnosis, thus thereby as a complementary medicine to reduce Provide pain and suffering to the psychological pressures of needy patients in the community. In the words of the French psychologist Dr. Pierre Janet: "The science of hypnotherapy is far safer than other medical treatments. Because in medical science, some treatments, the administration of strong drugs, anesthesia, surgery or a wrong injection, is dangerous and may even lead to life; But hypnotherapy is safe for people. »
After years of research and testing in the field of psychology and parapsychology, I have written a book entitled» Treatise on Hypnotherapy » Answer to 1000 questions about hypnosis, self-hypnosis, hypnotherapy and the mind, in two volumes. Now, I present this book to dear students, especially in the field of psychology and medicine, to be used for teaching and learning.
