The automatic translation of texts is one of the first non-computational applications of computers. To translate a sentence from one language to another, a word recognition and vocabulary reversal procedure are needed. Therefore, it can be seen that the most important part is to determine the meaning of words. This ambiguity must be resolved properly. In machine translation, there is ambiguity both in the meaning of the words of the source language (in terms of understanding its meaning) and in the target language, which makes the translation process difficult. Due to the widespread increase in regional and international communications and the need for information exchange, the demand for translation has increased in recent years. Since translation is a time-consuming and costly task, on the other hand, many texts on a language also have common and repetitive words, in which case machine translation can be used as an alternative to human translation. The machine translation, even in its simplest form, which is the translation of the written text into written text, is of great economic, scientific, social and even political importance. In order to fulfill the goals of the researchers in addition to being a major scientific breakthrough, it can save a lot of money by facilitating the political relations of countries by eliminating many translation jobs as well as accelerating their work. In recent years, translation- oriented software has been introduced into the market, such as Yandex Translate, iTranslate, Bing Translator, Linguee, The Free Dictionary, the most popular of which is Google's most widely used Google translate software.
