Globalization is the most striking distinction between the world of yesterday and the world of today. The process of globalization has had the greatest impact on the world economy and is show offing itself in this way. In fact, it can be said that the most important and pioneering sector in the process of globalization has been the economy.
Globalization of the economy can contribute to the development of technology and transfer it to developing countries and rapidly expanding capital and financial resources and during that, the interdependence of countries increases. The efforts of transnational corporations to develop and integrate their markets and expand trade exchange to expand and deepen the interdependencies between region countries and their national economy can be results of globalization of the economy by removing many existing trade obstacles in order to deregulate and create an open economy. In fact, globalization of the economy makes the world so tied to one another that even a small crisis can quickly affect other countries in the world. With the emergence of the phenomenon of globalization of the economy and the removal of many existing trade obstacles, the transportation of capital and financial resources and certainly the division of and certainly the
division of international labor will be extended, which will contribute to increasing the efficiency of the international economy. The globalization of the economy has also transformed world politics, pushing it beyond a system based on nation-states. The traditional system has been seriously challenged by various factors. And as the economy becomes more global, the power of countries to regulate their internal affairs decreases. On the other hand, human rights mean the total advantage that every human being, based on his nature, essence, dignity and status, because of being human (individual and inner attitude) and in terms of the general role in the world and internal relations and social organization (collective and external approach) has it. In addition to the inclusion of human rights in the constitutions of countries, human rights are considered as an international practice in the international arena. Human rights are considered as a rule of conduct that countries define their behaviors according to it. In fact, human rights is a criteria for measuring the behavior of actors in the international and domestic arenas of countries. If countries do not accept human rights as a rule of conduct, they are condemned to a divergent policy that can have different consequences for the country In fact, human rights is a formal and oriented concept, and in the field of economics, it cannot be without direction, but can we talk about an economic model that has originated from human rights standards? In the globalization of the economy, in which the capitalist system in the world becomes global as an economic model, production, consumption and means of global production will be reinforced private ownership.
In fact the strengthening of private ownership, is an emphasis on the freedom of individuals in economic activities. Human rights also emphasize the free activities of individuals and groups in various areas of life. Thus, the globalization of capitalism will strengthen the legal regime of human rights.
